As a child and young adult, Jordan was athletic and active but had unhealthy eating habits. As he grew older, taking a job that required a lot of traveling and desk time, his new sedentary lifestyle conspired with his lifelong poor diet to cause his waistline to balloon to 44″. Jordan got started on Medifast when his wife began the program, joining along with her to offer support.

These days, Jordan sports a trim 32″ waist and, even more importantly, has learned how to change and correct his poor eating habits so he can ensure a healthier lifestyle in the future. George Jones
